What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others are optional and only set if you agree.
Essential cookies
Always on. The site can't work securely without them, so they don't need your consent.

| Sign-in cookie | Remembers that you’ve signed in, so you can move between pages of your account without entering your password each time. It expires after a short period for your security. |
| Stay-signed-in cookie | Quietly renews your sign-in in the background, so you aren’t logged out while you’re still using the site. When you log out, it’s removed. |
| Security cookie | Checks that forms and payments really come from you on our site, and not from another website trying to act on your behalf. |
| Staff sign-in cookies | Used only by Voyajoy staff when they sign in to our internal systems. Customers never receive these. |
They're set by Voyajoy only, can't be read by scripts on the page, and are sent over a secure connection.
Analytics cookies
Only set if you choose “Allow analytics”. Provided by Google Analytics.
| Cookie | What it does |

| Visitor counting cookie | Lets Google Analytics recognise that two visits came from the same browser, so we can count how many different people use the site. It doesn’t tell us who you are. |
| Visit tracking cookie | Keeps track of your current visit, such as which pages you look at and in what order, so we can see where the site is easy to use and where people get stuck. |
They help us understand which pages are used and where the site can be improved. If you later choose “Essential only”, we stop analytics and delete these cookies.
Advertising cookies
We don't use advertising or marketing cookies, and we don't share cookie data for advertising.
Managing cookies
You can change your choice at any time with (also in the footer of every page). You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies will stop you from signing in or buying a policy.
